BB-8 Star Wars Birthday Cake

The cake I did last week, ended up as 'Cake of the Week' in Decobake, a cake decorating shop in Dublin City Centre. I was chuffed. It was my first time using a sphere cake tin and I was nervous about covering it.
It worked out really well, phew! It was for my son's Birthday and he was delighted with his surprise cake.
We are now all set for Star Wars, The Force Awakens, in Raheny!
