Fidget Spinner Cupcakes

My kids are fidget spinner mad. I saw fidget spinner cakes on my facebook newsfeed but have never seen cupcakes. I even googled them, no joy. So I got creative and am very proud of these cupcakes. The spinners move so my kids had great fun spinning them (erm slowly!)
