We (me and the kids) watched a tutorial by My Cupcake Addiction on how to make Halloween Cookie Pops. Turns out it's a few years old, so I'm not sure how I stumbled on it, but I'm glad I did.
I'll paste it below - hopefully it works!

Some @thecakemum observations:
1. Two of our cookie pops fell off the sticks while we dipped them, so I'd definitely recommend leaving them to set for a good 10 mins after you put the stick in the oreo. If the cookie does fall of the stick try and reinsert the stick. Ours was a bit wonky so I actually left the two wonky ones to dry flat instead of upright.
2. The tutorial didn't mention quantities. I used 100g of white chocolate for 4 cookie pops, but next time I'd melt more chocolate
3. Accept the kids will go crazy trying to eat the drips. My two were like scavengers trying to wipe the drips off the board we had under the cookie pops while we drizzled!
We will definitely make them again. My kids are 5 & 6 and the only hard part was waiting for the chocolate to set, so that they could eat them. I can assure you that bit was a tad painful!
