It seems that everyone is Minions mad at the moment! My kids are for sure! I had the pleasure of making a load of Minions Cupcakes for a boy in Raheny, who celebrated his First Holy Communion a few weeks ago.

I did a variety of faces and took this pic to show how a minion is born. It's time consuming to make the Minions toppers but it's worth it to see a gaggle of little people, spending ages deciding which one to pick.

I have a feeling that I'll be making these guys again and again, and of course I always have to make 2 extra ones for my kids....has to be done
