My own Birthday Cake!

I celebrated being a year older the other day and marked the event, with a 'Minions in the Mud' Birthday Cake. I was glamping for my birthday and thankfully we weren't swimming in mud. The relief!
The cake was a 6' chocolate biscuit cake with a hidden surprise, maltesers tumbled out when it was cut. The mud was made of milk chocolate ganache, which is basically cream and chocolate. Oh so bold but oh so good!!!
