One Cup Pancake Recipe

I'll hand over to Jamie Oliver and his kids for this one! This recipe was in a weekend supplement years ago, and it's my go to pancake recipe. It's super easy. My kids love making and eating them. In the video, he adds grated pear, I haven't actually done that, but now want to try it!

I use self-raising flour, milk and egg. I also add 1 tsp of baking powder. In the recipe, that I have, Jamie said it makes the pancakes extra fluffy and it does.
