'The Niamh' Wedding Cake

Well, this is my one and only wedding cake of 2015! I mainly do cupcakes and celebration cakes - but sure there is no bigger celebration than a wedding. It had an Ivory and Coral colour scheme and was Chocolate Biscuit Cake, Vanilla Sponge and Chocolate Fudge Cake.
I spent ages trying to get it level and smooth and thankfully I got the look I wanted! The bride and Groom loved it, so it was worth the work :-)
